The Chief Returning Officer reminds the public that the voting hours on Sunday, 12 February 2023, for the election of the President of the Republic, at the polling stations that will operate in Cyprus are as follows: From 7 a.m. until 12 noon and from 1.00 p.m. until 6 p.m.
In exceptional cases, voting at a polling station may be prolonged, if necessary, until 9.00 p.m., in the event that a large number of voters are still waiting to cast their vote outside the polling stations.
All voters are advised to come to the polling stations on time to exercise their right to vote.
It is noted that the voting hours at the polling stations abroad have been adjusted so that the voting can also end there at 6.00 p.m. Cyprus time.
