Upon completion of the first and second distribution of seats, the Chief Returning Officer proceeds with the proclamation of the elected Members of the European Parliament and publishes their names by means of a special notice in the Government Gazette of the Republic.

An electoral request to challenge the validity of the elections may be submitted by any interested person within two (2) months of the date of publication of the final results of the elections in the Government Gazette of the Republic.
