Distribution of voters
The distribution of voters at the polling stations, for the purposes of voting, shall be announced by the relevant Election Officers by means of notifications published in the Government Gazette of the Republic and shall be posted on prominent places within the municipal borders of the relevant Municipality or Community or shall be posted on the official website of the Election Officer at least seven (7) days before the day of the vote. These notices are also posted on election day outside polling stations. The same notices shall provide details and useful information regarding the candidates, in particular their names, addresses and occupations, as well as details of their proposers and sponsors.

Polling stations administration
During the 2024 Elections, it is estimated that approximately 1850 polling stations will be in operation; the exact number will be finalised following the submission of candidacies. Around 400 voters will be allocated to each polling station.
The Elections Officer shall display in prominent places at each polling station notices with the details and emblems of lists and candidates, in the same order as they appear on the ballot papers. The Electoral Service of the Ministry of the Interior shall at the same time issue codified instructions on how to vote; these instructions shall be posted both outside and inside the polling station for the purpose of appropriately informing and guiding the voters.
