Turkish-Cypriots, holders of an identity card from the Republic of Cyprus, with an address in the free areas, who have registered on the permanent electoral roll, have the right to participate at all national elections. They shall be distributed to polling stations just like all other Cypriot voters and may vote for the municipal and community councils of their place of residence in the free areas.
